Architect: F3 Architecture LLC

The project involves structural design for a new 1-story, 2,000 square foot casino-smokers lounge extension at the Dania Jai Alai casino in Dania Beach, FL. The structure features steel bar joists supported by steel beams, which rest on cantilevered reinforced concrete columns anchored by auger cast pile foundations. Our scope of work also included the design of structural planter walls and ramps.
