This project entails the design of a new one-story community center and aquatics building, totaling 12,500 square feet, along with a one-story maintenance building. The structural framing consists of hollow core planks supported by load-bearing CMU walls on shallow foundations.

Our project scope included assessing the adequacy of the existing slab on level 26 of the hotel building deck for a raised floor, providing the structural design for a new mechanical platform, and designing the base connections for new glass railings.
