Structural design of the transformation of an uninhabited Bahamian Island into an eco-friendly private island and marine reserve for MSC Cruises. MUE designed an array of building structures including: welcome center and arrival plaza, Bahamian Village shops, central offices, yacht club, lighthouse, numerous bars and decks, musician gazebo, twenty-four luxury cabanas, water treatment facility and two and three story residential buildings for staff housing.
