This project involves the structural design of a new 3-story, 75,246 square-foot office and manufacturing building located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The structure utilizes tilt-wall panels on augercast foundations. Hollow core plank framing was employed for the second and third floors, as well as the roof, ensuring both strength and adaptability for the building’s mixed-use purposes.
