A new 1-story retail building, which includes 1,850 square feet of restaurant space and 18,040 square feet of retail space. The project features precast joists spanning 71 feet, supported by load-bearing CMU walls on shallow foundations. This design ensures both structural integrity and efficient use of space, catering to the diverse needs of the retail and restaurant areas.
