This project is part of an approved master-planned community in Pensacola Beach, Florida. It consists of 22 story building including 135 apartment units spread across levels 5 through 20, with penthouses on level 21. The ground floor through level 4 features a parking garage, a drop-off vestibule, office space, and an elevator lobby. The total project area is 330,000 square feet, scaling to 249 ft.
