Architect: KoDA Miami

This project involves the structural engineering of a two-story luxury residence located on Sunset Island, Miami Beach, encompassing a total area of 10,125 square feet. The residence features an in-ground pool, an exterior terrace, and a striking 40-foot cantilevered freestanding entry canopy. Additionally, the building’s exterior walls are adorned with terracotta baguette rods, adding to its unique architectural appeal.
