Structural design and detailing for a new 63,000 square foot Audi dealership. The design included a car shop, showroom, car wash building and a roof deck parking garage. 2 floors. 2 parking levels-223 spaces.
Holman Mini, Fort Lauderdale
Structural engineering related to the remodel and additions to the existing building structure. MUE removed a section of the 2nd floor post tension, adding a new two-story open space, new elevator and extended the building length.
